We are now in Louisiana! Lucky for us we are staying in the Boudin Capital of the World, right next to Billy’s Boudin & Cracklin. I love their logo! Butt, I love their boudin sausages even more!!!!! Did I say love, I meant to say LOVE THE BOUDIN & BOUDIN BALLS!!!!!
